The cable crossover, done from the low pulley is a great single-joint (isolation) exercise to target the upper chest. The continuous tension from the cables helps to hit the inner/upper pec muscle fibers at the top of the exercise when the hands come together. You can also do this exercise by alternating arms (as I am also showing in this video), which increases the range of motion in the top position so that your arm crosses the midline of the body toward the opposite shoulder. This allows you to further increase the involvement of the inner/upper pec muscle fibers. Try both versions.
