Missed one important point:
Arabian Sea is much cooler due to south-west monsoon winds. When winds blow, they remove moisture at the surface and aids evaporation. Evaporation = Loss of Heat in the form of Latent Heat of vaporization. Bay of Bengal also loses heat but at much lower rate.
