Second student speaker Chase Dahl at the Weber High School graduation for the Class of 2015. The event was hosted at the Dee Events Center of Weber State University on May 19, 2015.
Weber State University filmed this clip.

The theme was \"Leave a Legacy\" from Tavis Smiley\'s quote: \"The choices we make about the lives we live determine the kinds of legacies we leave.\"

1. Did you literally title your own speech the \"Best HS Graduation Speech Ever\"?
- Yes.
2. Can only valedictorians give speeches?
- No. Usually that is the case, however this particular school always has try-outs after which speakers are selected by judges. Valedictorians are generally given preference, but the speaker here is not a valedictorian (:
3. What\'s his Twitter?
- @ChaseDahlaBillz, but nobody does Twitter anymore. Try Instagram (@ChaseDahlaBillz).
4. Did you really use popular issues and topics of the time to form hyperbolic jokes about graduating?
- Yes, it was done just like that.
5. Is this really the \"best HS graduation speech ever\"?
- Yes, probably.
6. He\'s full of himself, right?
- Oh yes, of course.
7. Was the title at least in part a social experiment?
- Yes it was.
8. Was the title at least in part a joke for the originally intended audience of the speaker\'s friends, family, etc., and not actually a shameful attempt to become famous by using a click-bait title?
- Yup, good job.
9. What have you done since graduation?
- Well shortly after this, I left on a volunteer religious mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (you\'d probably know them as the Mormons. ...Yup, those guys!) I was assigned for 2 years to Japan where I learned to speak Japanese and taught about Jesus Christ. It was one of the hardest but most rewarding things I\'ve ever done. I returned home in Summer 2017 and have been going to college since. I\'m pursuing a double major in Fine Arts and International Business and plan to get a Masters in Japanese and a Juris Doctor to work as an International Lawyer. Though I\'ve been busy with school and work, I am also an artist, mostly doing portraits and figure drawings/paintings, and I take commissions to help pay for college and I\'m saving to attend a college in Japan before I graduate. That\'s pretty much it.
